Our Approach
We understand that starting your therapeutic journey can be daunting, so we aim to streamline our process as best as possible. Once you have booked your session, we will email you our intake and consent forms to complete at your leisure prior to attending your appointment. You can also book and manage your appointments online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our client portal. Click below to check out our client portal.
Our Services
Our services are offered in-clinic in Luddenham and out in the community (Silverdale, Wallacia, Mulgoa, Glenmore Park, Penrith, Cranebrook and surrounds). We can also facilitate sessions via telehealth (phone or video). We provide assessment and intervention to all ages including children, teens, couples and families. Our services are offered to all including those accessing sessions under Medicare, NDIS (plan and self-managed only) and privately.
